No, Statics4u.com does not add any additional charges or commissions to the prices owners charge.

 

 

 

Are the caravans/lodges for hire/sale on this website owned by Statics4u.com?

No we are totally independent from the owners of the caravans/lodges, and all enquiries and bookings should be made with the owners direct. Owners of holiday accommodation are allowed to advertise their caravans/lodges with us, and use this website as an advertising platform to generate enquiries and bookings.

 

 

 

Can you assure high standards of the holiday accommodation?

Statics4u.com acts as a place for you and the owners of holiday accommodation to make contact, and any enquiry made from our website will be forwarded directly to the owners, Statics4u.com take no part in the booking process at any stage, but please read all the information that is given about each listing and view all images closely. We will however take the time to listen to any problems that may arise, and if necessary remove any unscrupulous owners / advertisers from our website.

 

 

 

Can we take our pets/children or book a holiday for a group of the same sex?

Our advanced search facility will allow you to choose between listings which allow pets, children or same sex parties, all listings will indicate these to you. Many owners are not allowed some of these things due to the Holiday parks rules and regulations.

 

 

 

Will the caravan/lodge we hire be on a site with all the facilities we need?

All listings will contain information that the owners have given about the holiday park that the caravan/lodge is sited on. This will include such things as: Swimming Pool, Launderette, Pub, Play Areas are available. Also see the Holiday Park listing on our Holiday Park page for full Park facilities and near by Facilities information.

 

 

 

How do we find out what attractions are available in the local areas?

Every listings page has a Things To Do link displaying the local attractions, restaurants, pubs, theme parks, wildlife parks, tourist hot spots and much more. The listings page also allows you to search the location of your Holiday Park, it's onsite facilities with contact details including address.

 

 

 

When are the caravans/lodges available to hire or Buy?

Each caravan/lodge owner has the option to show a yearly calendar display on their listing, allowing them to display available dates and prices also when dates have been booked or the accommodation is unavailable.

 

 

 

How many people do the caravans/lodges sleep, or how many bedrooms do they have?

Again on each of the listings the number of bedrooms and/or persons the caravan/lodge can accommodate will be clearly shown.

 

 

 

 

What’s the cost of advertising a caravan/lodge with Statics4u.com

We offer an annual advertisement fee of £12 per caravan/lodge. This payment is NOT automatically renewed each year, you will however be informed that your year is almost complete, if you wish to renew your listing for the following year, please login to your account and click renew / list your advert, and the appropriate fees will then be charged.

 

 

 

What does Statics4u.com offer for my money?

Statics4u.com offers the most up to date, safe and user friendly website of its kind available. If you wish, you can use your advertising page to run your entire hire business, customers will contact you direct, you can login and update your bookings and price display at any time you like, so your customers know what dates and prices are available to them. You can change your images, add to your description or edit any mistakes you have made. Your advert listing will inform customers about the sites facilities, if they have a Swimming Pool or Kids clubs. We offer you the tools through our website to allow your customers to have a pleasant experience finding their perfect holiday accommodation and location.

 

 

 

What information can I include on my adverts listing?

You get your own web page complete with the contact details you wish for your customers to see. An enquiry form for your customers to contact you direct to your email address. The opportunity to upload images of your caravan/lodge along with it's onsite location and a full description, the listing will show how many people it will sleep, if you allow pets, smoking, children, same sex groups. You can include the facilities on the park as this often helps customer make their choice. You have the option to use a yearly bookings and price display to manage your bookings, although you also have the option not to use this feature if you do not require it. All our options and tools are free and easy to use once your caravan/lodge is listed on Statics4u.com. We recomend you display the availabilty and prices that you charge for your accommodation throughout the year.

 

 

 

How will the customer make a booking for my caravan/lodge?

We suggest that you show your name and the best contact phone number on your adverts listing that you are happy for customers to contact you on. You will automatically have a “contact owner” button on your listing, which sends any enquiry direct to the email address you provided when you listed your caravan/lodge.

 

 

 

Can I update or change my listing?

 Yes, Update or change anything in your adverts listing at any time you wish. (No Charge).
