Welcome to our Willerby Seasons 3 Bedroom caravan. We are located on Tower Lawn which is just across the road from the main complex.

Our facilities include:

Open plan lounge and dining area with 43" Smart TV , DVD Player with selection of DVDs

Electric Fire with remote control

Kitchen with Fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob, including everything you will need for a self catering stay

1 Double bedroom & 2 Twin bedrooms

1 Family bathroom with shower and additional toilet

Wi-fi is included (Code will be given with arrival info)

Large side decking area with decking furniture and dining area. Perfect for dining alfresco.

Gas central heating and double glazing

Bedding and towels are included in the cost of rental

Travel Cot and High Chair available on request

Selection of children’s games and books.

We ask that no scooters/bikes/hoverboards are used on the decking area as these leave stubborn black marks that will only come off if professionally cleaned. No BBQ’s on the decking area as this can be very dangerous.

A key box is fitted for key collection so you can start your holiday without queues .

Check in to caravan will be from 3pm onwards and check out by 10am on the day of departure

*Please note all holidays sold are self catering accommodation only and play passes must be bought directly from Haven, Subject to availability*

***NO SMOKING IN CARAVAN OR DECKING AREA, NO PETS OR STAG AND HEN PARTIES***

A non refundable deposit of £75 is due at the time of booking to secure your dates
Full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival, If you fail to pay the balance we reserve the right to re-hire the caravan and your deposit will be lost

If booking within 6 weeks of arrival full payment must be paid.
A £75 security bond is paid over and above the cost of your holiday, this is refunded within 7 days of departure once the caravan has been checked and there has been no damage.
