Bed linens are included in the price and beds will be made for your arrival.
The main bedroom has an en-suite toilet and wash basin, a king size bed, large double wardrobe, bedside tables with usb sockets, dressing table area with mirror and socket, smart tv/dvd, hairdryer, iron & board, travel cot.
There are 2 twin bedrooms both with mirrors, usb sockets, tv/dvd and single wardrobe. The larger twin room can convert to a king size. There are also bed guards, high chair and a changing mat.
There is a large lounge area with ample seating including a fold out sofa bed, electric fire, smart tv, dvd player/dvd's, books, games. There's a dining area with a bench.
The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for your stay including a full size gas cooker, under counter fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, slow cooker.
Outside there's a decking area with lockable gate for your children's safety and furniture for your alfresco dining.
Parking is very close to the caravan.
In a nice quiet area near the lake. Has a large green space for playing games etc.

Your holiday can be secured with a £50 non refundable deposit. Payment plans available.
There will be a £75 refundable security deposit added to the price of your holiday, this will be refunded once the cleaner has done their inspection.
