A lovely modern spacious lounge dining room with a large flat-screen TV Tv with a built-in DVD player. Separate dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and gas hob, Fridge freezer, Microwave, toaster, and all kitchen accessories. Tea towels supplied.

Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, double wardrobe, en-suite with washbasin and toilet, and hairdryer in wardrobe.

Outside the caravan has a large decking area with outside furniture (Cushions are in the master bedroom wardrobe). There is a sunken Hot tub where you can relax. Please treat it with care when taking the lid off and on as these are very expensive to replace. HSE rules mandate that the tub will be drained and cleaned after every guest changeover. Therefore it may NOT be at full temperature by check-in time. It will, however, be ready later the same evening.

No more than 6 people are allowed to stay in this caravan. The caravan is situated in a quiet part of the park, but close to all amenities. It is about a 10 min walk to the Entertainment Centre. The park is very popular with lots of facilities and activities.
Please be aware that we do not include entertainment passes. These can be purchased from the reception on arrival. They are priced per caravan, not per person.
No Smoking is allowed in the caravan. If you do smoke outside, do not put cigarettes out on the decking and please pick up any cigarette ends.
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a beautiful park to visit. Wildlife and lovely walks and also activities to keep everyone happy.

It has an indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna, a gym. A new outdoor pool is being opened in 2020. There is a sports court, an outside beach and a playground area for the children, mini-golf, and a stage where all the entertainment is staged in good weather. A high rope is located in the middle of the park, bike hire is available(see reception for opening times and prices on onsite activities). A Shop is located next to the reception which is stocked with everyday essentials. Fresh bakery items daily.

Booking for activities is advisable, so it is best to book activities like swimming or the aqua park before you come or on your 1st day to avoid disappointment, especially in peak season.
There are numerous lakes all with activities on them. Waterski, Waterboarding, Jetski, Inflatable water area, and Fishing is available on one of the lakes, ask at the tackle shop for more information on prices.

An arcade with games and slot machines is situated outside the bar and upstairs there is a restaurant that also offers a delivery service to your caravan.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is nearby to Woodhall Spa, which is a nice day trip out and Tattershall Castle is a short walk away and worth a visit, RAF Coningsby is nearby and they have training sessions over Tattershall Lakes. Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Centre in Coningsby is worth a visit, and Tattershall Farm in Tattershall is a fun day for the children.
