1 VERY SMALL Dog allowed at extra cost of £20
PLEASE DO NOT allow your dog onto the furniture and DO NOT allow a wet dog inside the caravan please dry him/her off first Thank you, this is for everyone’s comfort and hygiene thank you .
We have the Caravan checked prior to your arrival and upon leaving , any excessive cleaning or damage will be charged for .

Features of the Caravan; 2 Bedrooms;
Sleeps 4; 1 double room with 1 double bed with a memory foam mattress topper for added comfort, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, 1 Twin Room with single wardrobe and overhead cupboards.

Duvets and Pillows are all Supplied in both bedrooms , but please bring your own Bed linen, Towels and Tea towels.

The large grassed area next to the caravan is all your to use, but please DO NOT put up tents etc as this is not allowed by the site owners

£50 Damage Deposit which is refunded upon 3 days of vacation and inspection.
Payment is via Bacs, This gives you proof of payments and security through the Banks, Details of which are Given upon conformation of booking, £50 non refundable deposit secures booking, the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.If arrival less than 4 weeks full amount required at time of booking.
We take bookings direct to save any additional service fees being added onto your holiday.



Gas, Electric, and Water are all included in the price.



Keysafe fitted for your added convenience so once checked in no waiting around at reception for the key as it will be waiting for you in the keysafe, code for this will be given on day of arrival. Please let me know via text once you have safely arrived and you have got the key

Upon leaving no need to go back to reception and wait around, just pop the key back in the safe and jumble up the numbers, all for added convenience . Please let me know you have done this upon leaving via text message thank you.
Parking on gravel opposite the Caravan so no long haul walks to load/unload your belongings


in some circumstances if it is possible we can do Mon to Mon, Fri to Fri or Sun to Sun or Mon -Fri
We can do a few Fri -Mon where possible
