Sleeps 4; 1 double room with 1 double bed with a memory foam mattress topper for added comfort, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, 1 Twin Room with single wardrobe and overhead cupboards.
Duvets and Pillows are all Supplied in both bedrooms , but please bring your own Bed linen, Towels and Tea towels.

Payment is via Bacs, Details of which are Given upon conformation of booking, £50 non refundable deposit secures booking, the remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.If arrival less than 4 weeks full amount required at time of booking.

All Gas, Electric, Water is included in the price.(Please do not abuse)

Keysafe fitted for your added convenience so once checked in no waiting around at reception for the key as it will be waiting for you in the keysafe, code for this will be given on day of arrival.

Upon leaving no need to go back to reception and wait around, just pop key back in the safe and jumble up the numbers, all for added convenience .
