Welcome to our 3 Bedroom 36 x 12 holiday caravan which is conveniently sited on the LAPWING section which is just a short walk to the main on-site facilities and entertainment complex of the Parkdean resorts Holiday Park at Cayton Bay, Scarborough, Yorkshire Coast. The caravan is fully Double Glazed and has Central Heating throughout. Beds are all made up ready for you, and we provide a few Towels to use within the caravan, we simply ask that you bring larger towels with you for use at the pool or beach. This wonderful well-presented Holiday Park has seen a great many modernisations & improvements, along with the addition of many new facilities and play facilities to entertain the family and children over the past 2 Years.

OUR CARAVAN

It’s a very spacious modern open plan 3 Bedroom caravan which is Double Glazed and has full Central Heating & sleeps up to 8 people.

KITCHEN area which is fully fitted with wall & base units, stainless steel sink

Full size Gas Cooker with oven, Grill, 4 ring Gas Hob with cooker hood.

Fridge Freezer, a half & half full size Fridge Freezer

Gas Combi Boiler

Microwave Oven, Kettle & Toaster

Central heating Radiator.

The caravan is also equipped with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher & fire blanket

BOOKING DETAILS AND TERMS

We can reserve your booking with just £50 Deposit which is non returnable, but comes off the price of your booking, and you can even pay for the balance by instalments to suit you.
We send out printed confirmation booking letters along with other relevant printed information including a Park Plan/Map

We offer a returning customer Discount for those who re book with us!.

We also offer a Discount for 2 Weeks or more booked with us, either together or separate Weeks!

The full balance needs to be paid 4 Weeks before the start Date of your booking.

We take a £50 Returnable Bond on all bookings, this is usually returned within 3 Days of you vacating following satisfactory inspection of the caravan and it's contents.
Please make sure that we have the details of an account we can pay it into, as your bank details do not show when you make a payment to us.

Beds are made up ready for you!, we also provide a few Towels to use within the caravan, we simply ask that you bring your own Larger Towels to use at the Beach or Pool etc.

Pets are not permitted in this caravan, however we do have another caravan where Pets can be permitted, please ask for details.

The main lead person booking needs to be aged 21 years or over

We let to Families, Couples, and single persons.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING WITHIN ANY PART OF THE CARAVAN

This caravan is suitable for up to 8 Persons, i.e. 1-4 Adults, 1-4 Children

OUR PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON THE MONTH/SEASON & HOLIDAY DURATION, BUT AS A GUIDE A 7 NIGHT STAY RANGES FROM £325 IN LOW SEASON TO £795 IN HIGH SEASON. WE CAN QUOTE YOU FOR ANY WEEK /DATES YOU MAY BE INTERESTED IN. WE MAINLY LET OUT ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BASIS, HOWEVER WE CAN ALSO OFFER SHORTER LETS EXCLUDING HIGH SEASON AND SCHOOL /BANK HOLIDAYS, OUR MINIMUM LET IS 3 NIGHTS.
